A Day for Being the Only Sane Person in My Home

I have no fucking clue as to what is going on around here, but apparently everyone has lost their marbles. To whit...

Grace is all giggly and flirty and skipping about and stuff.

Lily is acting all moody and teenagerish. One moment, she's stomping (well, as much as a cat can stomp) out of the room and the next she's on my shoulder crying and saying "Daddy, I love you". Now I haven't seen her in about three hours. Your guess is as good as mine as to what's up.

Roscoe has been way quiet and was so lost in thought that he ran into a tree out in the yard. When I asked him what was up, he just said "Not now, Dad. Later, ok?" and then nearly walked into the goldfish pond.

Ben & Annie have, abruptly for them, taken ANOTHER day off. That's some seriously out of character shit, right there.

My friend, Avis, who has always been as in control a person as I've ever known, has popped in 4 times so far today (the first time was at 4:00 am!) and said "I need to talk to you", then promptly babbled a bit about several unrelated things, then popped out. PMS? Some magical malady? Early Mutant Menopause? I'm clueless.

Avis' Mage boyfriend, Daniel, just emailed me and said "I need to talk to you tonight." Then, 15 minutes later, he did it again. Then 5 minutes later, he apologized for the second email. I'd say he's drunk, but he has just started a 6 month Ritual of Purification, so maybe he's just gone nuts.

And finally, my computer guide, Sin, is acting all giddy and has informed me that he will be "down for upgrades" for most of today. WTF? Upgrades are magical and take no time at all. I'll bet he's cybersexing some young hottie computer guides.

Right now, I don't know what the fuck is going on, but I'm calling a family & friends meeting tonight after dinner and I'm gonna see why, this time, I'm the sane one around here.
