A Day for Finally Getting Some Sleep
It is Sunday afternoon here in Tokyo. KaijuCon will be over very soon and then those of us returning to the USA will climb on board another airship and head home. I love the folks her and this con is great, but sweet humpin' hornytoads, these guys never seem to sleep! Yeah, it's a 24 hour a day con, but you don't have to be on the go for the whole bloody 24 hours!
And then there were all the room parties...and trips to go eat...and booze (Japanese fans are still a long way behind the Irish or the Aussies, but they do their best to try and keep up)...and the trips to go see movies and...well, all sorts of activities seemingly designed to keep us poor gaijin away from a bed.
So, funfunfunfunfun con, but once we are on that airship, it's gonna be lights out for about 14 hours.
