A Day for Getting Up Early

I got up at 5:00 this morning. I barely remember showering and eating breakfast. Thankfully, Ben poured a couple of gallons of Oolong tea down my throat to jumpstart my internal organs, if not my brain.

So far today I have...

Tended to a sick pig. Our older sow, Penny, has an upset tummy due to eating too much green stuff, but she's feeling much better. Cleaning her holding stall was not fun.

Harvested many pounds of spinach, lettuce, peas and other assorted veggies.

Conquered a very sticky problem in my lasted QuestWorld setting design.

Checked on the 250 bottles of home brew that my brother Kelly and I bottled back in March. They are just about properly aged now, so there will be some beer in our future.

Took the time to watch some young Cooper's Hawks practice flying.

Now I'm taking a break before heading over to my gnomish sister's Girls Scouts meeting to take them on a birding tour of the area near the creek and ponds. After that, I may just try to seduce my She Hulk looking sweetheart:)
