A Day for Lounging About at 10,000 Feet Elevation
Greetings from the airship Spirit of California, which is just now cruising along at 10,000 feet over the blue Pacific Ocean on our way to Hawaii and then Japan. We (Myself, Grace, Avis, Daniel, Peter, Holly, Cody, Amber and Lily) are lounging on the Forward Observation Deck, shamelessly engaged in lazy endeavors and sipping a variety of refreshing beverages. I LOVE traveling by airship! Fast? No. Cheap? No. Elegant? Yes. Too Fucking Cool For Words? Oh hell yes!
Roscoe, Ed, Sophie, my brother Merle and sister Pansy are all watching a movie. I think it's the new Doctor Strange flick.
At some unspecified point this evening after a fine dinner on Maui, Peter will be running an airship based Pulp Era game using the Savage Pulp rules. He'll also be running it at KaijuCon along with three other games. I'll be running a con long TOON tournament. The Japanese gamers, they love the TOON.
And now I must go. My fresh drink is here along with the young ladies who will be giving us all massages. More bloggage later.
